Email invitations are a great way to connect with your respondents. You need a contact list to send invitations.
Email invitations are a great way to share your survey. Bring in contacts or connect your email invitation to a certain list where new list members automatically receive a survey invitation once they are added to the list.
Once you begin creating an email invitation from the Deliver tab you can build a survey invitation from scratch or use a template. Your earlier invitations can be used as a starting point as well. A preview text can also be added to the message by clicking on the three dots (...) next to the Ready to send button.
You can modify the invitation sender name, the subject of the email, and the contents of the invitation message itself.
There are several options to choose from when editing the Body of the message. In the middle of the view you can edit and rearrange the current elements of the message. Starting from top-right you can preview the message on different devices, be done with editing and go back to the previous view, or edit the elements and the visual design of the invitation. New elements can simply be drag & dropped into the message. Elements can be further edited by hovering over them in the editor and clicking on Edit. Hovering also reveals options to duplicate and delete elements. Keep in mind not to add too many images, links, and suspicious mentions or you risk your message being received as spam! You can find tips for avoiding the spam folder here.
Once ready, the survey invitation can be sent right away, set to be sent on a selected time or automated to be sent to all new contacts on a contact list that you link to an invitation.
