Why is my report exporting in JSON format?

A common reason for a JSON file being displayed is the use of the Edge browser. We recommend trying a different browser, such as Chrome. You can also check which version of the Edge browser you are using and update it if needed. If updating doesn’t help, we recommend using another browser.
