Delivering a survey to recipients

First create your survey questions and design. When you are ready to start gathering feedback make sure to update your newest changes to your survey and then head to the Deliver tab. From here you can either create new invitations (SMS and Email) or create various open share options. Invitations are personalised, that means we will know who the recipients are and who have answered our survey. We can hide these details by creating an anonymous survey.

TIP: Add contacts on the Contacts tab before creating Personalised invitations.

After setting you survey online it is ready to collect feedback. Next we need to create an invitation or share method. A default share link is created when you set your survey online for the first time. It is recommended you use this link only for testing your survey live, you can go ahead and do it now if you want. Responses collected through the default link can later be deleted. After that it is time to select will we invite our recipients by email, SMS, or an open link. Email and SMS are personalised invitation and we will need to have contact details of our recipients to use these. Open links can be shared in for example chatrooms but we cannot recognise who has answered our survey when we don't use SMS/Email invitations. Creating links is quite simple, just click the 'New Link' button. You can add tags to links that help you identify them. Embedded survey are explained here.

Creating Email invitations is explained here. The process of creating SMS invitations is very similar.
