Sharing reports

You can share reports with your desired audience. A report can be shared either via a public or a personal (private) link.

Report sharing is done from the Analyze tab. First, make any final edits to the report. Then, click the Share button in the upper right corner of the Analyze tab. This opens a view where you can choose to share the report either privately or with a public link.

Personal Report Link

When sharing a personal report link, please note that the recipient will see all the data included in that report view. A personal link does not hide background information, contact details, or open-text responses — unlike public links.
Personal links are used, for example, when you want to share the full report or create and share a custom filtered view for team leads or management groups.

To share a report privately:

  1. Click the Deliver button in the top-right corner of the report view.

  2. A Private sharing view will open.

  3. Add the email addresses of the people you want to share the report with. You can also include an optional message for the recipients.

  4. Use the three-dot menu to preview the report before sending.

Live: If live mode is enabled, the report link will automatically update with new responses as they are collected. Any new responses that match the report’s filters will be included in the shared view.

Secure Report:
A secure shared report prevents filtering of any chart that contains data from fewer than 5 respondents.
If the shared report is in live mode, the restricted charts will be unlocked once the minimum respondent threshold (5 per group) is reached.
Click the ? icon to view a video explanation.

Secure reports also offer an additional privacy setting:
Alternative anonymity protection for background data.
When this setting is enabled, bars showing fewer than the anonymity threshold (e.g., under 3 or 5 respondents) in background data charts will be hidden completely — including when filters are applied.

Public Report Link

In public reports, all open-text responses, background information, and personal data are automatically hidden.
This type of sharing is suitable when you want to distribute selected quantitative results, such as eNPS, scale, or quadrant charts, to a broader audience.

To share a public report link:

  1. Click the Deliver button in the upper right corner of the report view.

  2. Enable the Public link by toggling it on from the right.

  3. You can now copy the link and share it.

Note: A public report link can be opened by anyone who has the link, so please take that into consideration when sharing it.
