Changing your license type

    You can change your license by following these steps:

    1. Navigate to Organization Settings via your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.

    2. Go to the Licenses & Billing tab. Here you can modify your license and also review your current usage of contacts and responses.
      Note: You must be the owner of the organization to make changes.

    3. Click the Change license type button. This opens a new page where you can leave your contact information and a message — we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
