When you receive an invitation email to join an organization in the ZEF survey tool, you can use your existing user account by clicking the confirmation link in the email.
Click the "Log In" button in the message to join the new organization. If you aren't a user yet you should click on Login anyways.
If you're already a Zeffi user, you will also receive a notification inside the Zeffi interface. You can accept the invitation and switch to the new organization directly within the tool.
When logging into the new organization for the first time, you’ll be able to edit your first and last name and enter your phone number. These details are only visible in this organization. Then click Save.
After that, you can start creating surveys under this organization.
You can always check which Zeffi organization you’re currently using by clicking your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen.
