You can add the NPS question directly to the email invitation message. In this case, the respondent can answer the NPS question by clicking 0-10 in the invitation and the survey will open in a new tab automatically.
Normally, an email invitation has a START button to start the survey (picture below), but in this case, when you want to add the NPS question directly to the invitation message, we recommend removing the START button.
You can add an NPS question to an email invitation by adding the text {question_nps} to the invitation message (image below). In an employee survey, the same text {question_nps} works for the eNPS question.
The invitation message will appear like this in the respondent's email:

When adding an NPS question to an email invitation, it is a good idea to put the NPS question first in the survey in the building phase. This will help the survey flow logically.
